Lucas Lima founded Lucas Lima Barbers & Beauty with a simple standard: every client, in every chair, deserves precision, professionalism, and excellence.

What began as one barbershop grew into five locations across Massachusetts — Marlborough, Clinton, Worcester, Lowell, and Framingham — each one carrying the same standard.

As an educator, Lucas trains barbers through Barber Expert, forming professionals who share his craft and his commitment. His leadership philosophy is simple: the founder sets the standard, but the team delivers it — in every unit, every day.
